Supporting Music

Join us and Girl Pow-R in supporting music development among young individuals across Ontario! The #iMatter program recognizes the importance of our mental health and how we are never alone, and teaches different techniques and tools young people can implement in their daily lives.

Community

You can support your community mental health through this program by learning the value of incorporating music and taking part in various activities in your own backyard, such as local park trails, youth centres or physical activity groups that you can check out in a safe way.
